• Owner's receive a monthly statement, inspection reports and a year end statement.

• 10-99's are prepared and sent to Property Owner's at our expense.

• If you wish to have your Proceeds directly deposited to your account, we do so at no extra charge.

• Lawn Service, Pool Service Companies and others may be paid through Otterman Management, Inc.

• Your Mortgage Payment can be paid from your rental account as well, there is no extra charge
