I received my License in July 1993 and began working for my brother at Coldwell Banker Highlands Properties in Sebring Florida as a Property Manager. Since day one I have always been involved in Property Management even though I was a licensed sales person. I went back to school and received my Brokers License in 1995 and later that year became a Licensed Real Estate Instructor, which I teach part time.

In October 1998 I purchased the rental accounts from my brothers company and started Otterman Management Incorporated. I handle annual, seasonal and commercial rental property in the Avon Park, Sebring, Spring Lake and Lake Placid areas of Highlands County. 

By not competing in the sales market, I find myself in the rather unique position to be able to handle the rental and property management needs of  other Real Estate companies who do not compete in the property management business.
